"Tēnā koe, Ivor
On behalf of all of our Ōpōtiki District community, but especially on behalf of our very active Library membership, I am wanting to pass on a very big thank you for the part you have played in adding beauty to Te Tāhuhu o Te Rangi.
Since my time on Council, in 2013, the rebuild of our library has been a project very close to my heart and one I have put a lot of extra time into…along with many other volunteers. And now, I have a huge list of people who have done the same thing whom I am voicing my appreciation to. Many thanks for your work, your belief in the mahi and your finished video pieces which have become part of our very special community centre in the heart of our main street. You have captured the voices of our artists as an oral history for all to view and it’s fitting that this was included in as a special part of celebrating Te Tāhuhu o Te Rangi.
Once again, thank you

Shona Hammond Boys (New Zealand Children's Art Foundation)
"When viewing the webseries videos, the extraordinary work of camera angles, the inclusion of multiple styles of shots (from video capturing to insertion of photographs, music, etc) and capturing our kōrero helped to inform our Kura whānau about the importance of this art form. Through these videos it has also helped change thinking of old days and colonised thinking that some of our whānau had"
